We make a diagnosis (remotely when possible)
We offer one (or more) solution(s). Everything is made simple so that in most cases you can repair it by yourself (it saves time, money and carbon). If not, we send you a return label and we do everything for you.
If the issue is covered by the warranty, all costs will be on the house. If it is out of the warranty scope, we will send you a quote.
